It’s that time of year again – membership renewals! I’ve attached a NEW Associate member application for the FW-PHA (it’s a bit less confusing then the old one!) So if you have any juniors or adults who would like to support the FW-PHA by becoming an Associate Member, please have them complete this form and mail back to me. If they include their email address, we will be able to keep them updated on the events that will be held – such as the “Art of” Clinic in the Spring, the “Behind the scenes of a Grand Prix” during Old Salem’s May show, and “Breakfast at Belmont” to name a few. Any questions please contact me! Naomi Associate Member Application- Download |
