Professional Horsemen's Association, Inc.

NEXT MEETING: Monday, June 14 at Haviland Hollow,
815 east Branch Rd. in Patterson, NY 12563.
Directions are under Minutes here.

The Fairfield-Westchester Professional Horsemen's Association is one of sixteen nationwide chapters which make up the National PHA.

The purpose of the Professional Horsemen's Association is to give aid and sustenance to needy members; to provide educational aid to professional members and children of professional members through a scholarship fund; to promote and foster interest in the horse industry; and to aid in the protection and care of horses through education.

Over its 68-year history, the PHA has contributed to many of its needy members and numerous organizations and charities.

Members may be accepted into the organization based on qualifications in one of four categories: junior members, associate members, professional members, and life members.

ATTENTION! If you have requested the minutes sent to you by e-mail and have NOT received them, please e-mail Barbara Filippelli here with your correct e-mail address.

Richard Killian is our official PHA photographer. Pictures are available from all of our PHA shows in June, July and August as well as our September finals. His web site is: www.richardkillianphotography.ifp3.com

It’s that time of year again – membership renewals! I’ve attached a NEW Associate member application for the FW-PHA (it’s a bit less confusing then the old one!) So if you have any juniors or adults who would like to support the FW-PHA by becoming an Associate Member, please have them complete this form and mail back to me. If they include their email address, we will be able to keep them updated on the events that will be held – such as the “Art of” Clinic in the Spring, the “Behind the scenes of a Grand Prix” during Old Salem’s May show, and “Breakfast at Belmont” to name a few. Any questions please contact me! Naomi
